What actually is the reason why the size of the beta builds differ so much? One day it's 37 MB the next day 39MB?

Strange, have not seen that until you pointed it out...

We have some rsync jobs that pulls the documentation and help files - maybe these fail and the small build holds less of these artifacts? Only thing I can think of really...
