I want to be added custom index When generating database,

Now, with the SQL - (DML),untypical in MDA ,Especially in ECO。

How should I do

ECO doesn't do this. I wrote a plugin which allowed me to define indexes as tagged values, and then a routine which created the SQL to create those indexes. The code belongs to my employer, I've asked if I can make it public but even if they agree I expect it will take some time for them to do so.
