At CapableObjects we allow our users direct access to our
bug database. This makes it easy for our users to search for known issues
and report new issues. However the bug reporting system is not intended as a support
system. We ask you to do the basic research first by scanning the
Forums and Knowledgebase. And if
you still have doubts, plase send a mail to
support@capableObjects.com. Once you are confident that the issue you have at hand
is indeed a bug, please feel free to report it.
You are probably a developer too so you that our ability to correct a bug is almost
100% correlated to being able to reproduce the bug. So what we ask of you, if at
all possible, is that you downscale a repeatable compilable sample and describe
what happens and, at least as important, what you think should have happened. More
tips on writing a bug report can be found here
The art of writing a good bugreport.
CapableObjects issues periodic service releases
with bug fixes.
If you subscribe to Software Assurance, and a serious
problem is blocking your progress, we will in many cases do a special build for
you addressing the issue, so you won't need to wait for an official build
